On a personal note, Kim & Mark reside in Lake Mary, where their two sons, Ryan & Connor, attended Lake Mary Elementary, Greenwood Lakes Middle, & Lake Mary High School.  Ryan graduated from UCF as an Electrical Engineer and now lives in San Diego.  Connor graduated from Yale University & Berkley Haas Business School; he now lives in Houston.  And, their family pet, Shiloh, is loved by all!  Kim is an expert when it comes to relocation, having moved 7 times in her adult life, living in cities such as Washington, D.C., New York City, St. Louis, Chicago & Cleveland. Kim holds a dual degree in Business & Fashion Merchandising.

Mark Harrington has a family lineage totaling three generations of successful real estate entrepreneurs. From Westchester County, NY to Northern New Jersey and Vermont Mark has combined his real estate legacy and experience with Banking, Insurance and Executive retail fashion design for Neiman Marcus, Saks and Bloomingdales to a level that has afforded tremendous success for he and his wife Kim.

When you combine a sense of style, in-depth understanding of the customer's banking needs and an eye for construction and home remodeling, developed through Mark's knowledge as an insurance adjuster, they have created the perfect solution in Real Estate.
